Les présentes conditions de vente visent à définir les relations contractuelles entre La manufacture parisienne, enseigne de la société 1909, SARL enregistrée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris sous le numéro 501723431, et l'acheteur et les conditions applicables à tout achat effectué par le biais du site marchand de La manufacture parisienne, www.lamanufacture.paris, que l'acheteur soit professionnel ou consommateur. L’acquisition d'un bien ou d'un service à travers le présent site implique une acceptation sans réserve par l'acheteur des présentes conditions de vente.
La manufacture parisienne se réserve le droit de pouvoir modifier ses conditions de vente à tout moment. Dans ce cas, les conditions applicables seront celles en vigueur à la date de la commande par l'acheteur.
ARTICLE 2. TERMINOLOGY

ARTICLE 5. PRODUCT PRICES
The "Catalogue" section of our site indicates the prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of the VAT and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer.
The prices shown in the catalogue are VAT-inclusive prices in euros taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any rate change may be reflected in the price of the products or services. La manufacture parisienne reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, it is understood that the price shown in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer, provided that the price is serious. The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery provided they take place in the geographical areas provided below.

Customers guarantee that they are fully entitled to use the credit card and that this credit card provides access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the use of the products.Only persons legally able to sign contracts concerning the goods and services offered on the site can order on the website www.lamanufacture.paris.
By clicking on the "Complete my order" button during the order process, the customer declares to fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The data recorded by La manufacture parisienne is proof of all the transactions between La manufacture parisienne and its customers. La manufacture parisienne will systematically confirm your order and then send it by email.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed with this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. The prices of our products are indicated all taxes included and excluding participation in processing and shipping costs. La manufacture parisienne reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
ARTICLE 7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for purchases is by credit card. Accepted credit cards are: CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. The customer’s bank account will be debited at the end of a period of 2 days following the date of the order and it will be considered effective after confirmation of their agreement from the banking payment centers. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Only the Stripe provider has confidential information (card number, validity date) which is inaccessible by a third party.

ARTICLE 8. DELIVERIES
The products will be sent to the delivery address that the buyer indicated during the order process, only in the agreed geographical area.Participation in processing and shipping costs is TTC. When shipping a complete order, La manufacture parisienne provides an original invoice including shipping costs and VAT.
DESTINATION
La manufacture parisienne delivers parcels everywhere in metropolitan France and to the countries of the European Union.
The risk is borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of La manufacture parisienne. Delivery rates depend on the mode chosen, the country of delivery and the weight of the order.
SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping time is indicated on the site for each product. Unless otherwise stipulated, the products are shipped within 24 hours from Tuesday to Friday, when the order is placed before 8am. For furniture, the shipment can go up to 72 hours after the date of the order.
Products with an indication of additional time (“available within 3 weeks”) are pre-ordered items, so the announced preparation time is added to the delivery time.
The delivery times correspond to the processing and delivery times, which are calculated according to the date of receipt of the goods. These periods also vary depending on the destination and do not include holidays or weekends. However, in the event of an overrun exceeding 15 days, the customer shall have 60 days from the date indicated for delivery to exercise his right of denunciation in accordance with the law of 18 January 1992. As from the exercise of the right of denunciation, La manufacture parisienne makes a refund within 14 working days.
In case of partial delivery, this right will only concern the undelivered balance of the order.
Each delivery shall be deemed to have been effected as soon as the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, materialised by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the consignee to check the shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that would appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious signs of deterioration. Such reservations and complaints must be sent by email to contact@lamanufacture.paris within three working days of delivery of the products, with a picture of the packaging, the shipping carton with the label of the carrier visible.
If the delivered products do not comply in kind or in quality with the specifications indicated in the delivery note, the customer must, under penalty of revocation, make his complaints within three days after delivery.
In case of delay, breakage or missing, the customer can contact our Customer Service through the "Contact us" section, on the website of www.lamanufacture.paris or via contact@lamanufacture.paris.
NOT RECEIVING THE PACKAGE
If 5 working days after the shipment of the parcel, the customer has no news of their order, they can check the website of the carrier with the tracking number entered and contact the Customer Service to obtain more information on the delivery status of his parcel.
If neither the post office nor the tracking of parcels www.coliposte.net say to have trace of this parcel, the customer must then contact La manufacture parisienne via the «contact» section.
The Customer Service of La Manufacture Parisienne will then open a survey of the Post Office. The customer will then receive an email telling them that an investigation is open. The final response time of the post office varies from one to three weeks, from the sending of the email sent to the customer.
If the parcel is found, it is then sent to the customer: the reception procedure follows its normal course (deposit of the parcel or notice of passage, etc.)
If the parcel is declared lost (the final answer is often formulated within the maximum three weeks), the Parisian manufacture then notifies the customer and immediately commits the return of the order or the refund of the parcel (products and shipping costs), depending on product availability and customer decision.
IN THE CASE OF ONE SHIPMENT PER CARRIER :
In case of bulky packages, the package is packed and delivered on pallet, at the doorstep or at the entrance of the building. The carrier and the customer make an appointment together for the delivery, deciding on a delivery day. Delivery can be made all day at the customer’s place, between 9am and 6pm.
In case of absence, a notice of passage is deposited in the mailbox: the contact details of the carrier are then communicated to the customer who must then arrange an appointment by calling them at the number indicated on the notice.
If the Customer has not arrived at the chosen appointment time with the carrier, the delivery will be unsuccessful. Therefore, a second delivery should be planned and billed to the customer. In the event of unavailability of the Customer on the date initially chosen, it is appropriate for the Customer to notify the carrier 48 hours before the scheduled date.Otherwise, the appointment chosen cannot be cancelled.
If the carrier cannot leave the notice of passage (address unknown, code is not communicated...), he contacts La manufacture parisienne to have the missing item with the customer. Without a reply from the latter, the parcel is returned to the Parisian manufacture and a refund is then made.
IN STORE PICK-UP
La manufacture parisienne offers its customers to collect their orders in store, at 93 rue Marcadet, 75018 Paris, France from the moment they were informed by email of the availability of their orders.
Customers have one month to pick up parcels from the date of sending of the notification sent by email «Ready for pick-up in store».

ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
All products sold benefit from the "satisfied or refunded" clause for 30 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L 121-21, provided that the product has not suffered any damage and is in its original packaging.
In order to facilitate the processing of the refund, any return must be previously authorized by La manufacture parisienne with the assignment of a return number and a return voucher to be inserted in the cardboard with the returned products. You must therefore inform La manufacture parisienne at the following e-mail address: contact@lamanufacture.paris or via the withdrawal form on the page “my account”.
The return will be made at the following address, unless otherwise specified: La manufacture parisienne, Retours, 93 rue Marcadet, 75018 PARIS.
The customer exercises his right of withdrawal in accordance with article L 121-21 of the French Consumer Code within the 30-day period from the receipt of the goods. This right is exercised by returning the product to the Parisian manufacture. The refund to the customer will be made by transfer within 14 days from the receipt of the goods by La manufacture parisienne, as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal can also be exercised from the order and before the logistic processing of the package. In this case, the order is simply cancelled and we proceed with the refund.
No return shipment will be accepted for any reason.
This right of withdrawal can never be exercised if the delivered products have clearly been used sustainably (beyond a few minutes).
The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging intact, in a perfect state of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer) accompanied by any accessories, notices of use and documentation at the above address, together with the original of the sales invoice, of which the customer will keep a copy.
Parcels for which there is no attachment to identify the sender (order no., mail no., surname, first name, address) may also not be taken back.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the product shall be borne by the customer.
ARTICLE 11 – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF HIDDEN DEFECTS
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of hidden defects of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. ARTICLE 12. LIABILITY

These general terms and conditions of sale in French shall be executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. Any dispute which may arise on the occasion of its validity, interpretation or enforcement shall be submitted to the Courts of Paris, to which exclusive jurisdiction shall be expressly conferred.
La manufacture parisienne reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale. Customers who do not wish the contractual relationship to be governed by the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall notify it and, from the date from which the new version takes effect, they will have to stop using the services of the Parisian manufacture. In the event that any of the terms of the general terms of sale are considered illegal or unenforceable by a court decision, the other provisions shall remain in force.
