Tips for use.
For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or pre-cool the cup before use by pouring in a little hot/cold water for 1-2 minutes. Close the lid, cap and keep the product upright to avoid spills or leaks. Do not subject it to a strong shock as it may break or leak afterwards.
Do not put in ice or soft drink as the product may expand and break. You can use it with dairy products, fruit juices and sports drinks, but we recommend not leaving it in for too long.
Wash and dry immediately after use, then store away from other metals to prevent rusting. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Do not use chlorine bleach as it can cause rust.
When you find rust stains inside the cup, add hot water and citric acid, wash with a soft sponge after leaving it for 2-3 hours, and rinse well.
Do not use in the microwave, oven or dishwasher. Do not place it near an open flame. Do not put in boiling water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not leave the product under high temperature, for example in a car.
Be careful when drinking a hot beverage. Even if the surface of the cup is cold, the drink may still be hot.
